Vsol Privacy Policy
About this policy
Effective date: October 14, 2026
VSol, LLC ("Vsol," "we," "us") is an infrastructure strategy company. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
It applies to vsolpro.com, our webinars and events, our forms, our emails, and our ads on platforms like LinkedIn. It does not cover third-party websites we link to, which have their own policies. Information we access while performing services for clients, such as at a client site or in client systems, is governed by our agreements with those clients, including nondisclosure agreements, not by this policy.
Information we collect
We collect business contact information, mostly what you give us directly.
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, register for a webinar, request a quote, refer a colleague, or email us, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, company name, job title, and anything you choose to include in your message.
Information from platforms and partners. If you register through a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, LinkedIn shares the details you submit with us, such as your name, email, company and job title. We may also receive referral details when someone refers you to one of our events, and contact details from partners who co-host an event with us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit vsolpro.com or open our emails, we may collect basic technical details such as your browser type, pages visited, links clicked, and approximate location based on your IP address. See "Cookies" below.
How we use information
We use your information to run our events, respond to you, and grow our business relationship with you. Specifically, we use it to:
- Register you for webinars and events, and send links, reminders, and recordings
- Deliver thank-you gifts or charity donations you've earned
- Respond to questions, quote requests and service requests
- Follow up about our services and our partners' solutions that relate to your interests
- Send marketing emails, which you can opt out of at any time
- Measure and improve our website, emails and ads
- Meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
Event co-hosts. When we co-host a webinar or event with a partner, we share registrant details (name, email, company and job title) with that partner so they can take part in the event and follow up with you. The registration form will name the co-host.
Service providers. We use trusted vendors to help run our business, such as technology and software providers (for example, CRM, email, webinar and advertising platforms), onsite service partners and subcontractors, shipping and transportation providers, payment and accounting providers, and gift card providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us and are required to keep it confidential.
Legal reasons. We may share information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, understand how visitors use it, and measure our marketing. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the cookie notice on our site, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
Your email choices
You can stop marketing emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email or by contacting us. We will still send messages you need, such as event confirmations and replies to your requests.
How long we keep information and how we protect it
We keep your information for as long as we have a business relationship with you or need it for the purposes above, and then delete it or make it anonymous, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access controls, multi-factor authentication and encrypted services. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and requests
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop using your information for marketing
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within 45 days and may need to verify your identity first. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children
Our services are for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
